
I am a Manual Lymphatic Drainage therapist and became a Nordic Walking Instructor with the intention of holding classes to help my patients improve their mobility and fitness.
I quickly realised that I was getting fitter and more mobile myself and best of all I was out in nature, looking a beautiful scenery as I exercised!
I have always enjoyed a variety of sports, but Nordic Walking has become my favourite form of exercise.
It improves fitness, core strength and balance, with the added benefit of lifting your mood.
It is a really enjoyable way to get fit, have fun and meet new people whatever your age or ability.
